The framed family tree of about 1912, checked entry by entry against the Eyam parish register, the Eyam Museum's plague records, the census and the probate calendars. Where a record agrees, it says so. Where it disagrees, both are shown. Where nothing has been found, the page says that too.
The registers write the name Morten, Mortin, Moreton and Morton. The framed family tree, like this page, uses Morton throughout.
